LoanBot Marketplace Terms of Service
Last updated: August 28, 2026
These Terms govern use of the public LoanBot App Marketplace and the purchase of individual LoanBot-powered app subscriptions initiated through it. Enterprise LoanBot AI Point of Sale deployments are governed by separate written agreements. A specific app may also present product-specific terms that apply to use of that product.
1. Individual products and enterprise services are separate
An individual app subscription provides access only to the specific product purchased, subject to that product’s onboarding and account requirements. It does not include, imply, or promise access to the complete LoanBot AI enterprise Point of Sale, borrower application, document workflow, company integrations, or organization-level controls.
2. Free trial, payment authorization, and recurring billing
Products marked Available may include a 14-day free trial followed by a $29.99 monthly launch price per app. Each app is a separate recurring subscription. An approved payment method must be connected through PayPal when the trial begins, although the trial starts at $0.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you authorize PayPal to charge $29.99 when the trial concludes and monthly thereafter until canceled. The trial length, first billing date, amount, renewal terms, and payment authorization displayed in PayPal control the transaction you authorize. You are responsible for keeping payment and account information accurate. Taxes, if applicable, may be added as required.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel through the LoanBot subscription-management page, PayPal, or LoanBot support. Cancel before the 14-day trial ends to avoid the first charge. Cancellation after a charge stops future renewals but does not normally reverse a completed billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written offer.
4. Launch pricing and product changes
Launch pricing may change for future subscribers as products mature, usage costs change, or new tiers are introduced. A change to an existing recurring subscription will be handled in accordance with the applicable payment authorization, notice requirements, and law. Features, data sources, workflows, and integrations may be improved, modified, limited, or retired.
5. Trials, enterprise demonstrations, and controlled-release products
Individual-product access is offered through the applicable free-trial checkout, not through a public demo. Enterprise demonstrations are available only through the enterprise inquiry and qualification process. A demonstration does not create an individual subscription or promise that every capability is included in every enterprise deployment.
Products labeled Private Beta, Organization Deployment, Controlled Release, or similar are not represented as ready public subscriptions unless and until their listing is changed to Available and an approved checkout is connected.
6. Professional-use limitations
LoanBot products may provide calculations, workflow assistance, market context, scenario analysis, guideline research, automated suggestions, property intelligence, or educational content. They do not replace current lender or agency guidelines, underwriting, appraisal, legal or tax advice, licensing requirements, company policies, human professional judgment, or a commitment to lend.
Users are responsible for validating outputs, maintaining required licenses and approvals, following applicable law and company policy, and determining whether information is appropriate for a specific customer or transaction.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account. You may not share or resell access without written permission, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, reverse engineer protected portions of the services, upload unlawful or malicious content, or use a product in a deceptive or illegal manner.
8. Sensitive data
Do not enter borrower Social Security numbers, dates of birth, financial account numbers, or documents containing non-public personal information into the public marketplace or any product area that has not been specifically approved and configured for that data by your company and LoanBot.
9. Third-party services
Products may link to or integrate with PayPal, data providers, communication services, artificial-intelligence providers, MLS or property-data services, and other third parties. Their services, availability, terms, and privacy practices are controlled by those providers.
10. Disclaimer and limitation
The marketplace, trials, demonstrations, and products are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. LoanBot does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a specific business result, loan approval, property value, savings amount, closing, or professional outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoanBot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the marketplace or products. Any additional limitations or remedies in a product-specific or enterprise agreement remain applicable.
