LoanBot Marketplace Privacy Policy

We may collect contact and professional information you submit, including your name, email, phone number, role, company, product interest, and message.

We may also receive ordinary technical and usage information such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages viewed, referring source, campaign parameters, and interaction events used to operate, secure, and improve the site.

Do not submit borrower Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers, loan documents, or other sensitive borrower information through marketplace sales forms.

Approved individual free trials and subscriptions are processed through PayPal. PayPal collects and processes the payment credentials and billing information needed to authorize the 14-day trial and future recurring subscription under its own terms and privacy practices. The marketplace does not need to store a customer’s complete card or bank-account credentials.

We may use collected information to respond to sales inquiries, match visitors to products, provide product access or onboarding, manage enterprise discovery, deliver support, communicate about account or service matters, improve the marketplace, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable obligations.

LoanBot does not sell marketplace contact information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, communicate, or process payments; when a visitor directs us to do so; as part of a legitimate business transaction; or when required to comply with law, protect rights, investigate misuse, or maintain security.

The marketplace links to separate LoanBot-powered apps and third-party services. Data entered inside a linked product is governed by that product’s applicable notices, account settings, company deployment rules, and service-provider practices. Review those terms before entering production or customer data.

We retain marketplace records for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the sales relationship, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or operational requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of marketplace contact information, or opt out of non-essential marketing communications, by contacting privacy@loanbot.com. Certain records may be retained when required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance.

The marketplace is intended for mortgage, real-estate, and related business professionals and is not directed to children.

We may update this policy as the marketplace, product catalog, payment flow, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
